We are pleased to welcome Inez Tan to INDESEM 2025. As a partner at Office Winhov, she specializes in the renovation and transformation of existing buildings, with a deep focus on their spatial and social context. Inez approaches architecture as an ongoing dialogue between past and present, ensuring relevance through careful research and an acute awareness of urban dynamics. Her work spans public buildings, offices, retail, and housing, always seeking to reveal the potential of what is already there. With experience at Go Hasegawa & Associates in Tokyo and as a lecturer at the Maastricht Academy of Architecture, she brings an international perspective to adaptive reuse. Beyond practice, she contributes to architectural discourse as a co-editor of Local Heroes, further shaping conversations on the future of our built environment.
